The U.S. Shidokan just finished a successful promotion on November 27th. One of my fighters, Eric "The Detroit Destroyer Heegaard" lost a close fight in the semi finals of a 4 man MMA Middleweight tournament. Despite losing, Eric did a good job. Eric gave up some take downs, but was able to reverse positions when on his back to a dominate top position. He has been working on his grappling (entering submission tournaments and training with American Top Team Atlanta). U.S. Shidokan will put on 3 to 4 events during 2011. We will build our brand and get the world familiar once again with "The Triathlon Of Martial Arts". Here's a clip of Eric's bout.
